With a remarkable career spanning over 25 years in the senior living industry, Theresa has played a pivotal role in elevating Chandler Park Assisted Living to excellence in Bowling Green. Originating from a background as a hospital nurse, Theresa transitioned to Assisted Living in 1998, marking the beginning of her impactful journey.
Throughout her dynamic career, Theresa has served in diverse capacities, including roles such as Clinical Director, Director of Health and Wellness, Director of Nursing Services, and Assisted Living Administrator. Her expertise extends across Retirement Communities, specializing in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Services.
Theresa’s commitment to professional development is evident through her memberships in esteemed organizations such as KALFA, the American Nurses Association, and the Tennessee Nurses Association. Her qualifications include a TN compact nursing license, National Certified Director of Assisted Living, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Licensed Healthcare Administrator.
Theresa’s multifaceted experience, coupled with her dedication to ongoing learning and industry affiliations, underscores her role as a distinguished leader in senior living, making her an invaluable asset to Chandler Park Assisted Living and the broader community.

Tammy became a cherished member of our Chandler family in 2011, and her journey with us has been nothing short of exceptional. Driven by her profound love for senior care, unwavering dedication, and tireless work ethic, Tammy was invited to play a pivotal role in establishing the initial Chandler Memory Care Team. Her contributions were instrumental in successfully launching and running this vital aspect of our community.
Equipped with a degree in Medical Assisting and a certification as a Dementia Practitioner, Tammy brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and hands-on expertise to her role. Beyond her professional qualifications, what truly sets Tammy apart is her genuine compassion for serving others and her innate leadership skills.
Tammy’s ability to connect with co-workers, families, and medical professionals alike is a testament to her exceptional interpersonal skills.
